A wider tire will not solve the issue of your tires wearing down on the inside only. If your trailer tire is wearing on the inside but is not overloaded and your suspension is aligned properly the only other issue that can be causing this is the tires not being inflated to their max psi consistently.

Running two different load rated tires can cause a lot of stress on the tires of your trailer and uneven tire wear. We always recommend to inflate tires to their max PSI to avoid heat build up.
